Fenech & Fenech Advocates is a leading multi-disciplinary law firm with both local and international clients providing tailored legal services across all practice areas. The Firm is seeking to recruit highly motivated lawyers to work within the Local Litigation Department.

The ideal candidate is a driven lawyer who has experience and is active in all areas of litigation including civil and commercial litigation, family law disputes, industrial disputes and arbitration.

Responsibilities will include, amongst other things:
  • Researching and drafting of legal and judicial documents;
  • Assisting the team concerned with the day to day handling of the case load, liaising with clients;
  • Individual client handling;
  • Attending court sittings.
Applicants are expected to take an interest in the technical aspects of the issues as they arise and are expected to take a hands-on approach. Ability to work as part of a team is a prerequisite.

Preference will be given to candidates with at least two years’ active litigation experience.
